Claims for The Hartford and SPARTA policies should be reported immediately since early reporting may result in reduced exposure to you and your business.
To report a claim or obtain additional information on already reported claims, please have your policy number available and call.
USLI will send an acknowledgement to you by 5 pm if the claim is received by 2 pm. The acknowledgement will provide the claim number as well as the name and contact information for the handling examiner.
For information about a previously reported claim, please email claimstatus@usli.com. USLI will submit a response within 48 hours.
